Fees and Payment

 

Regular Users Daily Rate

 

Children who:  

• are attending Kid’s Club three to five days each week, 2 periods/day.   

• are registered and attending before September 30th.

 

Regular school days -  $ 7.00/per childP.D. Days - $ 7.00/per child

 

 

Sporadic Users Daily Rate

 

Children who:

• are attending Kid’s Club on a  drop in basis only.

• are attending Kid’s Club less than three days each week.

• or are registered and attending after September 30th.

 

Morning only - $ 8.00/per childAfternoon only - $ 10.00/per child Morning and Afternoon - $ 12.00/per child*P.D. Days - $7.00/per child

 

*Open to any and all students of B.E.S.

 

All students, including regular Kids’ Club users planning to attend must return a completed registration slip to the school  before the indicated deadline. Fees are not refundable if your child is absent. Late registrations and/or last minute drop-ins will not be accepted. Non-Regular users must include a cheque along with their registration made payable to WQSB/ Buckingham Elementary.

 

 

Payments

 

 Payments must an be made by post-dated cheque or every 2 weeks by cheque or cash, for the previous 2 week period.

 

Cheques should be made payable to:

• W.Q.S.B. / BES

 

Please show the time period the payment covers and your child's name on the reverse side of the cheque.

 

Parents will not be reimbursed for absences or minor suspensions ( 1 to 5 days ). In case of prolonged absences due to illness or long term suspensions please contact the school principal.

 

If, after 2 weeks, an account has not been settled the child/ren will be refused access to the Kids’ Club for the following week or until the account is paid. If at any time payment presents a problem, please contact the school principal.

Receipts will be provided for income tax purposes where applicable .

 

If a parent is late picking up his or her child an additional $1.00 per minute late fee will be added to the monthly bill.
